This website, olgarealtor.com, belongs to Olga Lypyak, Realtor, a Florida Licensed (#LS3606167) real estate agent with Realty Atlantic, LLC, 4984 Palm Coast Parkway NW, Unit 7, Palm Coast, FL 32137. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Olga.

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number and message, plus how you found the site: the page you first landed on, the website that sent you, and any ad or campaign tag in the link you followed. The form emails them to Olga and adds them to her private lead list, a Google Sheet.

When you send an inquiry, tap the phone number or arrive from an ad, the site also records what your browser reports about itself: the device type (phone, tablet or computer), operating system, browser and language setting, and when you first arrived. When you arrive from an ad, it records that ad’s campaign, ad group and search keyword too. No IP address or location is kept by Olga with any of these.

When you call or email, we receive whatever you choose to share.

When you visit, the site counts one visit per browser per day, with the page you arrived on and the website that sent you. No IP address or other identifier is kept with that count. Our hosting provider also records standard server logs: your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time. They keep the site secure and running.

This website loads one script from another company: Google’s ad tag (the Google tag), so Olga can tell which Google ads bring inquiries. It runs on every page and lets Google set its own advertising cookies in your browser. You can limit how Google uses them at adssettings.google.com, and Google explains its use of this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. The site loads no analytics or other tracking scripts. Two small notes are kept in your browser’s own storage: one with today’s date, so your visit is counted only once a day, and one for up to 90 days with the page you arrived on, the site that sent you and any ad tag in your link, so an inquiry can say how you found us. Neither holds your name or contact details. Clearing your browser’s site data removes both.

When you send an inquiry or tap the phone number, the Google tag tells Google that an inquiry or a call happened, so Olga can tell which ads work. If you reached us through an OpenAI ad, that ad’s click code is reported back to OpenAI when you send an inquiry. Your name, email, phone and message are never sent to Google or OpenAI. The device, browser and language details in your inquiry, a phone-number tap or an ad click come from what your browser sends with every page request; no cookie is set for them, and they go only to Olga’s private lead list.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

• Service providers that run this website and deliver its email: Google Firebase (hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Google Sheets (Olga’s private lead list). They process data only to provide those services.
• Advertisers — Google receives what its ad tag collects (the pages you view, and that an inquiry or call happened); OpenAI receives its ad’s click code when you send an inquiry. Never your name, email, phone or message.
• Realty Atlantic, LLC, Olga’s brokerage, when a transaction or the law requires it.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Links to Google, Facebook and Google Maps open those sites in a new tab. Their own privacy policies apply there.

Inquiry emails and Olga’s lead list keep your inquiry until it is deleted by hand, for as long as it is needed to serve you and to meet real estate record-keeping rules. Ask us to delete yours at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email olgarealtor98@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.

To limit Google’s ad tracking, turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com, block third-party cookies in your browser settings, or use a content blocker. The website, the contact form and the phone link all work the same without the Google tag.

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

The site is served only over HTTPS, and form messages travel encrypted. No method of sending information over the internet is perfectly secure, so please don’t send sensitive financial details through the form.

If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
